Alcohol Problems
Ill be honest, last year i had a bit of a problem with alcohol.. It wasnt too major but it was enough to serve as a warning. After sme bad things (i wish to keep private) happened i began to drink. Not like huge amounts but a couple of cans/bottles a day. I found it very easy to let it become part of my routine, i was buying and druinking out of habit. Once it had become part of my day to day routine it became hard to quit, going back to uni and getting low on cash forced me to kick the habit but at times i feel i get close to returning to the same situation.. so something to beware of

RE: Alcohol Problems
Yes it is. But I think it's the same for anyone - however if someone with Aspergers makes it their routine.. OUCH!

RE: Alcohol Problems
I have been terrible with alcohol lately. The past few years I have used it a lot. It is odd because when I was younger I hated the stuff. It took me until the age of about 28 before I drank and enjoyed it. Now it has become routine and that bothers me. But often i can break the habit of drinking everyday and always feel better for it. I only drink late at night when I know I will not sleep because my head is full of thinking that won't go away.
