RE: Music keeps me going
hello!
I adore music too. i'm a bit like a middle aged man in my music taste... my favourite bands are: Joy Division The Smiths Bright Eyes David Bowie Radiohead Jeff Buckley Belle and Sebastian Camera Obscura Blur Björk Iggy Pop The Velvet Underground The Divine Comedy The fall soft cell Joanna newsom Can Pulp Manic Street Preachers Sigur Rós orange juice cocteau twins I've been waiting for a guide to come and take me by the hand. Kill these sensations, make me feel the pleasures of a normal man. New sensations barely end since we've been for another day. I've got the spirit, lose the feeling, take the shock away.. |

RE: Music keeps me going
Hi there, I can relate to this so much.
I have also come from a musical family background. I am personally into all sorts of music, mainly the rave/dance scene because I have so much energy. I also DJ or mix music :). I prefer not to Dj infront of people, but I have done so a few times. I do get scared infront of crowds of people and prefer making things go together well in my own company. My friends speak so highly of my talents as a DJ but I never want to agree with them. I also love my motown and funk music, basically anything that sends shivers down my body, my girlfrind calls this an eargasm haha. I can totally relate to music and I rarely go anywhere without it |

RE: Music keeps me going
I like music as well, but it can sometimes get me in trouble. Take the time my mum walked into my room to find me cracking up over the sexual subtext of the lyrics of Lazy Days (Livin' in Paradise).
