RE: University
I haven't been to university myself, but from other people I have learned that there is something called Disabled Students Allowance, which can be used to pay for any adjustment the person might need. This might include mentoring, a note taker, extra money for photocopying or buying books if using the library is difficult, even things like laptop computers can be paid for using DSA. APparently the assessment can take a while, so it's best to apply as early as possible.

RE: University
Thankyou so much. I had only heard of the Disabled Students Allowance and the possibility of a note taker, although i think he will insist on trying to take the notes himself as he is a perfectionist!! Thanks again
