I often feel like giving up

How do I get my son to go to the doctor, he has a new doctor now, as we have changed surgery, I have already talked to him in advance, he is very understanding, but at the moment, my son is going thorugh a very bad patch, he stays up all night and sleeps in the day. He is getting aggresive, swearing, and wants me to wash all his pots as he has not done any and the kitchen is full of maggots now. He is so angry at the moment, last time I went he said all I do is lie to him all the time, and he pushed me out the door, I nearly fell over, it had taken two hours to get let in his flat in the first place as he was asleep all afternoon, he seems very paranoid, I would like more help or advice, this seems the best place to get the right answer. I feel like giving up every day, but when I read the things other Aspergernauts write it gives me hope
