I like mainly computers and have learnt a great deal from magazines such as PC Advisor/PC Pro, Custom PC, Linux Format, etc. I really like learning about technological things, or anything state-of-art. I like knowing all about insides of computers and the way they work, and why they work that way. I also enjoy dabbling in other area's, such as networking, webdesign, digital photography, programming, etc, anyway enough said about that, what about some other favourite things....!
I like taking pictures with my digital camera and using the computer to develop them, as it makes digital photography very interesting as well as being able to customize your images and print them up. I also like to put a selection of pictures on my website ( Click here ). I normally print my best ones up on a Photo Printer. They look great when I have printed them out, and I have framed a few of them!
I also enjoy innovating new technologies... such as future computer systems, or electronics - that are not even that advanced in the microprocessor world to be impossible to build, yet the final result is a very amazing product that would solve many of today's problems...
In around January 2002 I built my first computer... and these days, I have built up a very detailed understanding of computers. I'm not a guy who slaps a cheap motherboard into a computer, and connects everything like a puzzle to impress my friends... I wanted to know how to do it properly, how to make it perform correctly, reliably and ensure that every part worked together and didn't bottleneck. I always build using the highest quality parts such as Corsair, Seagate, Gigabyte, etc...
I run both windows and linux too... I don't favour any particular OS... they both have Pro's and Cons... I like linux.com too, for linux guides, etc. I was playing recently with Proxy/Gateway servers... ah, it's all good fun!
Opera or Firefox web browser and Winamp media player are great programs, and I also quite like Picasa2...
My favourite magazine:
Hmm, that's a hard one, because I read that many I probably couldn't tell you... but I do like any mags about computers, or the like.
My favourite pictures:

Those pictures are my favourite one's I have taken... though I have some more which I haven't uploaded yet. :(
Add your hobbies and favourite things.
My favourite poem when I was a child: The Engine Driver ...
I loved this poem when I was younger because my mum read it making the sound effects....
Here it is:
The train goes running along the line,
Jicketty -can, Jicketty -can.
I wish it were mine, I wish it were mine,
Jicketty -can, Jicketty -can.
The engine driver stands in front ---
He makes it run, he makes it shunt;
Out of the town,
Out of the town,
Over the hill,
Over the down,
Under the bridges,
Across the lea,
Over the bridges,
And down to the sea,
With a Jicketty -can, Jicketty -can,
Jicketty -can, Jicketty -can,
Jicketty -can, Jicketty -can…
A poem I loved as a child is Foxy Comes To Town by Maureen Duffy and Day Out by Nigel Grey. I used to know these from Elocution lessons when I was younger.
